Shirley Robinett Montana Collage Artist Capturing the Moment with Paper & Stuff

I have developed my own style of collage by using painted paper or recycled paintings. I cut or tear them into pieces and then assemble them into layers, often adding a variety of materials to adorn each image. Each brilliantly-colored and whimsical image tells its own story and is often a reflection of my own personal struggles and triumphs. I earned my bachelor of fine arts degree from Montana State University and currently reside in Bozeman, Montana.
